37 North Main Street was purchased by LNDC. The home was abandoned and in blighted condition. 37 North Main Street is located on a busy street that leads to downtown Montgomery.
LNDC renovated the home and sold it to an individual or family
who met theincome requirements. The renovation project is a
partnership with SedaCOG {Lycoming County Government administered CDBG funds} LHFI {Lycoming County Housing Finance Inc.} and LNDC.
