Association Profile
The Williamsport Lycoming Landlord Association ( WLLA ) was formed in
1998 by the City of Williamsport and Lycoming Housing. The goal was to
make a positive impact on community rental housing in not only
Williamsport itself, but also in Lycoming County.
WLLA members are automatically participants in the Pennsylvania
Residential Owners Association ( PROA ). PROA is a non-profit
state-wide association of landlords providing a united voice for
rental-property owners in Pennsylvania government. PROA is headquartered
in Harrisburg, PA, and provides full-time lobbying services and a
quarterly newsletter.
