signed out.

Wilcox informed members the WLLA Web Page has approximately 120 visitors
weekly. Any members interested in
advertising their rental property vacancies email Alan at Webmaster@LycomingLandlords.org

requested that WLLA post the “Landlord Property Standards” on the web page.

Craig suggested that WLLA committee consider the recent Amendments to By-Laws
be based on a percentage, than a quorum of 7.
It was recommended that this be discussed more at next meeting, after
the 9-15-02 deadline for return of Amendment ballot forms.
