History

In 1970, the Lycoming Housing Development Corporation (LHDC) was founded to provide safe, decent and affordable housing to residents of Lycoming County. We changed our name a number of years ago to the Lycoming Neighborhood Development Corporation (LNDC) to reflect our focus on neighborhoods LNDC is a non-profit organization responsible for providing over 280 housing units county wide, in it's forty years of existence.
