233 North Main Street - 233 North Main Street in the borough of Picture Rocks was made possible through a Brownfield's For Housing Grant from the Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania.  The labor was provided by the Lycoming County PRC.  Before purchase the property was vacant and a blighted eyesore on the main thoroughfare through Picture Rocks.
